Parkside Players Profiles - Emma Naphtali

My reasons for starting parkside were because well…I saw 'The crucible performed by the group and loved it so I joined-plus Callum and Steve attended so I knew peoples ha-ha. Basically I have studied performing arts in 6th form few years back and I enjoyed it but I didn’t enjoy the written side of the course so unfortunately I didn’t get a grade due to leaving -so my own fault but I enjoyed the physical side. I'm an arty person anyways and I think the first play I was ever in was a penguin in a Christmas play when I was in infants school and all I remember is I lost my tooth as I walked out onto the stage…and people got disgusted-I WAS LITTLE!!! Ha-ha-
Performances you have been in: 'half way up the m3…' 'Beauty And The Beast'-Pantomime at Parkside Players and I have also been in plays with my old school and many plays that me and my cousin Callum (who attends parkside) use to attempt to entertain the family-yes they were filmed and no one will ever see them. Ha-ha -I played Rudolph …hmmmm. I did some work with the national theatre to-but not really acting I just knew people there and one of the directors who asked me to do some design work for her.
When did you Join parkside?: June I think…ha-ha(2007)

What is your favourite play?: my favourite play…well there’s loads so I couldn’t really pick one. Actually I'm more a fan of musicals-like west end performances but I like acting in comical acts.

Favourite Musical: I loveddddddddddd WE WILL ROCK YOU-excellent!!!! Starlight Express….I want to see phantom of the opera and Les Miserable!!!!

Favourite Colour: Crimson

Anything you want to add: I live in a padded cell at night. x.x
